Fall is the time of year for colorful leaves, pumpkin spice lattes and most importantly college football! That feeling of being in the stands, cheering on your Wildcats is second to none. There’s something about that moment when everyone comes together as one that we don’t ever want to give up. And it’s even better when our team is actually winning. The beginning of the season is full of possibilities, epic games and sore throats from yelling our hearts out for our team. So let’s pull out our white and purple and hope for a winning season. Let’s go Wildcats!
School will be starting in the next few weeks. Whether you’re an incoming freshman or a seasoned senior, the stress of the looming school year is bound to get to you. These last few weeks of summer are the perfect time to de-stress for the upcoming year.
We all have our own ways to calm our nerves; reading a good book, yoga, shopping, meditation, etc. Whatever it is that works for you, it is important to take time on yourself. The more relaxed you are at the beginning of the school year, the more prepared and ready to take on any challenges that come your way.
We hope that all of you enjoy your last few weeks of summer and wish you good luck on the upcoming school year
